How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking at least 12–18 months in advance to secure your preferred date. Popular seasons and weekends fill up quickly.
Can we bring in our own vendors?
Yes! While we have a curated list of preferred vendors, you are welcome to bring in your own caterers, florists, and planners (with prior approval).
Do you host events year-round?
Absolutely. With both indoor and outdoor spaces, Willowshore is designed to be beautiful and functional in every season.
How many guests can Willowshore accommodate?
Our spaces can comfortably host intimate gatherings of 50 or grand celebrations of up to 250 guests, depending on your chosen setup.
Is there on-site parking?
Yes, we provide ample on-site parking for you and your guests, as well as dedicated areas for vendor load-in.
